TSB releases report about fatal 2015 train-ambulance collision

A fatal collision between an ambulance and a train in Langley two years ago was caused by driver distraction and the complex design of the railway crossing.
The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) released its report into the Sept. 11, 2015 incident during a news conference on Thursday morning.
