The Morning Skate, July 24: Leos up, Caps down?

So, I went to the Lions game on Friday night — boy did I ever pick a great one.
It was everything the CFL should be: there were a ton of points, there were some fine feats of skill and there was even a tick play or two. And a rugby handoff on an interception return!
Also, there were many young kids, with parents who had clearly taken advantage of the team’s $5 ticket deal for minors.
