Tallio Day 6: Can new DNA science offer definitive answers?

Sixth in a seven-part series
In 2011, a pair of RCMP officers visited Phillip Tallio at Mountain Institution in Agassiz where he was imprisoned for the 1983 murder of a child.
They asked Tallio what he knew about DNA testing, and asked if he’d provide a sample. He agreed.
“What is DNA evidence to you?” an officer asked him.
