Slowly, steadily, tacos threaten to trounce sushi as the West Coast food mascot. The density of taco shops and tacos on casual menus are reaching epic or sushi proportions thanks to their price and user-friendly nature. Shops like Tacofino (with three popular locations and a couple of food trucks), La Taqueria Pinche (another three) and Sal y Limon certainly contributed to our taco love.
