Sunshine forecast for this weekend's Santa Clause Parade in Vancouver

It looks like the sun will come out for this weekend’s Santa Clause Parade in downtown Vancouver.
But bundle up the kids, it’s going to be chilly, according to Environment Canada.
The federal weather agency is forecasting a mix of sun and cloud, and highs of seven degrees C.
