SPCA seizes 17 'badly neglected' dogs from Cowichan Valley breeder
Seventeen dogs described by the B.C. SPCA as “badly neglected” have been removed from a breeder in the Cowichan Valley.
Fifteen of the dogs are silky terriers — 10 females and five males, aged from one to nine years old — and two are adult German shepherds. The dogs are now living in foster care and some require dental attention, but they’ll eventually be put-up for adoption.
