Social media spurs risky behaviour in Lynn Canyon, North Shore slopes

Rescuers fear warm weather and a thirst for recognition on social media is driving young adventurers to take dangerous risks by heading woefully unprepared into the North Shore mountains.
On Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat accounts, these adventurers post photos and video of yoga poses beneath waterfalls, hikes to Quarry Rock and cliff jumping in Lynn Canyon, but fail to warn of the risks involved in seeking such picturesque views.
