SkyTrain delays down, customer satisfaction up

The Expo and Millennium SkyTrain lines set their best on-time performance record last year, along with seeing a significant decrease in major system delays.
According to the latest figures from TransLink, the two train lines were on time 96.4 per cent of the time in 2018, and performance exceeded the target of 95.4 per cent almost every month.
