Sex offender moving to Chilliwack

A convicted sex offender is moving to Chilliwack.
According to the B.C. Corrections Branch, James William Conway plans to reside in the city. Conway is said to be “high risk.”
Conway is 6’4″, 250 pounds. He’s Caucasian, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
