Search underway for Agassiz mountain climber, partner, missing in Alaska

A search has begun for two climbers, one of them from B.C., missing on a trek up the Mendenhall Towers in the Mendenhall Ice Field near Juneau, Alaska.
Marc-Andre Leclerc, 25, of Agassiz and George (Ryan) Johnson, 34, of Jueau were dropped off at the towers on Sunday. They contacted friends and family after making it to the top on Monday, where Leclerc took a photo and shared it Instagram before the pair began their descent.They have not been heard from since.
