Saskatchewan to apply to participate in B.C. case to restrict increased bitumen flows

B.C. launched a reference case on April 26 to see if they could pass legislation allowing them to mandate permits for companies looking to increase the flow of oil into the province. Saskatchewan will now be getting involved in that case.
