Rugby World Cup Sevens: Canadian men still chasing 9th, women take a stumble

Both Canadian teams are out of the running for a medal at Rugby World Cup Sevens after disappointing Friday night losses.
The Canadian men picked up their socks on day two had pulled off a dominant win against Japan. The women, on the other hand, looked very poor in a disappointing loss to Spain.
The men soldier on on Sunday; the women play Russia at 6:38 p.m. PT on Saturday for seventh place.
