RCMP say fraudsters pulled lotto ticket scam in Richmond mall

The RCMP is circulating photos of people they believe used a fake lottery ticket to scam a senior out of thousands of dollars at a Richmond mall last month. The alleged fraud took place Sept. 26 at the Richmond Centre.
The victim, a man over 65 years old, was approached by a stranger who claimed he needed help cashing his winning lottery ticket.
