RCMP arrest 3 protesters who zap-strapped themselves to Kinder Morgan gate

The Burnaby RCMP arrested three anti-pipeline demonstrators who strapped themselves to the gate of a Burnaby Mountain terminal, in the first protest to follow the company’s decision to suspend non-essential spending.
