Princeton wildfire not burning toward town

The wildfire burning on Highway 5A, 10 km north of Princeton is estimated at 200 hectares and growing, according to Emergency Operations Director Mark Woods. A children’s camp, Camp Tulahead, has been evacuated to Merritt. Woods spoke on the evacuation of 34 properties Friday evening.
