Police watchdog commissioner says complaint about VPD officer was not properly handled

An investigation into a Vancouver police constable is underway after his ex-girlfriend filed a complaint about his behaviour on a trip. The initial investigation failed to take her seriously. Now the OPCC is looking into what happened.
