Police make arrest after West Vancouver hit-and-run incident

West Vancouver police have made an arrest after releasing surveillance video of a hit-and-run collision that put a cyclist in hospital with serious injuries on Saturday evening.
Following media and social media releases, police arrested a 47-year-old West Vancouver man on Monday evening. He has since been released, but is scheduled to appear at North Vancouver Provincial Court on July 19th. Investigators will recommend a criminal charge of failure to stop at the scene of an accident.
