Park Board approves study into booze on the beach

Vancouver has moved a step closer to allowing people to enjoy a beer or wine on the beach. The Park Board has approved a feasibility study into allowing alcoholic beverages in certain areas – but as Paul Johnson reports, it could be a while yet before booze on the beach actually happens.
