Oak Bay Lodge future up in the air

There’s potential trouble brewing behind the ‘tweed curtain’. The Oak Bay Lodge seniors care facility is soon going to be vacant, and one of the options being explored is the turn the aging, 238-bed facility into housing for the homeless. Brad MacLeod reports
