No provincial charges in Mount Polley dam disaster

Fri, Aug 4: The three-year deadline has passed for provincial charges to be laid in connection with the 2014 Mount Polley tailings pond collapse but as Ted Chernecki reports, there could still be federal charges in one of the worst disasters in B.C. history.
