Mike Keenan dumped as GM by KHL’s Kunlun Red Star

Mike Keenan’s Chinese adventure has hit a bumpr, as the famed coach was fired as general manager Tuesday by the Kunlun Red Star, the only Chinese team in the KHL.
Raitis Pilsetnieks was announced as his front office replacement. Keenan is still the team’s coach.
But with his team sitting hear the bottom of the KHL’s Eastern Conference, having won just 12 times in 34 games, you can’t help but wonder how much longer he’ll last behind the bench.
