Meet the chef: Curtis Luk favours rustic Italian flavours
Curtis Luk prefers to stay true to his pedigree with rustic regional Italian cooking at Cibo Trattoria and UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar. Born in Hong Kong, Curtis started his culinary career young in Waterloo, Ontario, and then staging for chef Marc Lepine at Atelier in Ottawa. He joined Top Chef Canada runner-up Trevor Bird to help open Fable in 2012, before becoming the executive chef at The Parker and Bambudda.
