Makeover: Saying hello to a new look

Lele Chan is a 37-year-old designer approaching a milestone birthday and is ready say goodbye to her long locks.
Lele has very long, thick and naturally wavy hair. It was previously lightened and her ends were looking brassy and feeling dry. She was tired of her long, unruly hair so we immediately removed seven inches from her length.
