Makeover: A fresh and vibrant look for a recent retiree

Cindy Hite is a 55-year-old retiree and wanted to update her style to feel fresh and vibrant.
Cindy has thick and naturally wavy hair, which was previously colour treated. Her background foundation colour was very dark and one-dimensional and needed to be broken up and lighten to soften her complexion. She was finding her haircut shapeless and hard to manage and her fringe needed to be thickened as it was too sparse for her face shape.
