Makeover: A cut that's easy to style, while providing volume and texture

Desiree Tomkulak is a 53-year-old school secretary who hasn’t had a great cut for the past year and was ready for a change.
Tomkulak’s hair is very straight, which tends to look very flat and unmanageable. It was previously coloured and Tomkulak was hoping for a cut that would be easy to style and that would provide volume and texture.
Her current hairstyle was looking very square, which was making her face shape appear the same. I started by shampooing her hair using KMS Color Vital
