Live: Vancouver crowds light up for 4/20 rally at Sunset Beach

It’s Friday, April 20 and that means cannabis Christmas for the toke-friendly.
This year’s event takes place at Vancouver’s Sunset Beach and begins around noon and wraps around 8 p.m.
