Letters to The Province, Jan. 22, 2019: Nanaimo voters have the power to reverse lousy NDP policies, reader argues

What an opportunity for the voters in Nanaimo to make history. Throw the NDP out for two good reasons.
First, to stop the reverse billing on the speculation tax, which is a joke. We have been in our house for 35 years and plan on staying as long as we are able. At the same time, we are “speculating” that when the time comes to sell, the value will increase, enabling us to afford to pay for a care home.
