Last week I had to go to hospital to have an abscess drained. I showed up at 6 p.m. on Saturday and when I arrived I followed the signs to the public parking lot and paid $11.25 for three hours of parking.At 8:30 p.m., with my parking expiring in 30 minutes, I hadn’t even seen a doctor.
