Letters: B.C. is burning but dumb smokers still toss butts from car windows

The lead story in every newscast is the hundreds of wildfires burning in B.C., over 80 per cent of which were caused by humans, yet every day I still see smokers tossing lit butts out of car windows. When those butts come from a company vehicle with the name of the company on it, I inform the company and the worker has been reprimanded or fired. Who should I contact if the only identifier on the vehicle is a licence plate?
