Letters, April 23: Eagle Spirit might be the answer to the pipeline problem
The need for Alberta oil to reach the B.C. coast can easily be resolved by researching Eagle Spirit Energy and its proposed pipeline from northern Alberta to Grassy Point on the coast north of Prince Rupert.
As compared to the TransMountain terminal in Burrard Inlet, which faces overwhelming opposition from city councils, mayors, local First Nations and many environmental groups, Eagle Spirit has 100 per cent Indigenous backing along its northern route and has even been endorsed by Jason Kenney.
