Kelsey Dundon: Vancouver school board catchment changes may split up siblings

The Vancouver school board is reviewing elementary-school catchment areas. Your neighbourhood school may no longer be your neighbourhood school and families could find themselves caught in the middle.
As part of the review, the VSB is proposing a plan to shift catchment boundaries. In this plan, students who are enrolled in their existing catchment school would be able to continue attending that school, even if they were to find themselves outside the catchment once the geographic boundaries cha
