Interview with fugitive from Oakalla prison

In Jan. 1988, BCTV reporter Alyn Edwards interviewed one of 13 convicts who escaped from Oakalla. Before turning himself in, Terry Hall said he wanted to expose the deplorable conditions at the prison.
