ICBC auto insurance rates report on potential 30 per cent hikes released
A report warning B.C. drivers that they may have to pay 30 per cent more for auto insurance unless the new provincial government makes significant changes was released today.
The study by Ernst & Young, leaked on the weekend and reported on by Postmedia, says a massive overhaul to the Insurance Corp. of British Columbia needs to start now in order to avoid drastic rate hikes that are forecast over the next two years.
