How the 2018 Juno judging process works

Here’s a handy flow chart from the people who run the Juno Awards, explaining how the awards get handed out.
To start with, there’s the question of becoming a judge or an academy delegate.
To become a judge, you must be a “qualified music professional or artist.” (More info on the junosubmissions.ca website.)
Ten judges are selected for all 34 categories; that’s 340 judges in al. You can’t judge the same category two years in a row.
