High-risk violent offender released in Metro Vancouver

The B.C. government is warning the public that a high-risk violent offender is being released in Metro Vancouver.
Bryan Kelly, 26, has a violent criminal history which includes assaults, possession of a weapon, robberies and a drug offence. He plans to live in Metro Vancouver.
Kelly, who is 5-foot-8 and weighs 170 pounds, is subject to close monitoring by authorities and 23 court-ordered conditions that include:
