It takes a second getting used to seeing Baxter Bayer in work clothes.
This is, after all, the blithe brainchild of the highly entertaining Easter and Elf Fun Runs, in which he wears oversized bunny or garish green costumes to enhance festive moods in Stanley Park, while barking out “Paws Up, Paws Down” to giggling kids wearing rabbit ears, or doing his epic Give-A-Gift warm-up routine for laughing adults twisting and stretching in elf or Santa-ish outfits.
