Expert: Police may still suspect crime after ruling out luring claim

Even though Vancouver police announced Friday that they had no evidence to corroborate a claim a six-year-old girl was lured from a school playground in early December, a criminologist says that doesn’t mean they have ruled out that some crime has occurred.
