Driver who struck Burnaby flaggers charged with driving offences

The driver of the white SUV who struck two flaggers in Burnaby two weeks ago, seriously injuring one, has been charged with a long list of offences.
Brenda Ouma Aregay, 38, of Surrey, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of failing to stop at the scene of an accident and two counts of assault.
