A community residents’ group says they feel betrayed by a developer after an agreement over preserving city views was re-opened for discussion under a new rezoning application.
Residents in and around the Quilchena Park area say Larco Investments had agreed to preserve views of the North Shore and English Bay in the planning of a new development, according to reporter Susan Lazaruk’s story.
