Countdown to 4:20 at Vancouver’s 2018 pot festival

Thousands of people gathered at Vancouver’s Sunset Beach to light up at the 24th annual celebration of cannabis culture. This is expected to be the last 4/20 event before marijuana is legalized in Canada.
