Councillor Rebecca Bligh resigns from NPA over anti-SOGI controversy

Vancouver councillor Rebecca Bligh resigned from the NPA Friday – claiming members of the party’s board are connected to anti-SOGI beliefs but as Nadia Stewart reports, her decision was based in part on a photo of someone who was misidentified.
