Coroner’s Jury Findings are released

A vigil for Tony Du was held Saturday afternoon at an East Vancouver intersection, the site of the deadly confrontation between the mentally ill man and Vancouver police more than three years ago. A coroner’s jury looked into Du’s death released their findings. Kristen Robinson reports.
