Coquitlam shooting sends Richmond man to hospital

A Richmond man is in hospital following a shooting Tuesday night in Coquitlam.
Coquitlam RCMP received reports of gunshots fired at 11:20 p.m. near the intersection of Foster Avenue and Aspen Street. Witnesses reported seeing two cars speeding away from the scene.
A 21-year-old Richmond man later checked himself in to hospital with what police called “a non-life-threatening” gunshot wound.
