Convicted killer who disappeared from Mission Institute now located, second inmate still missing

Update (09/04/18): The convicted killer who disappeared from Mission Institute over the weekend has been arrested.
Michael Douglas Sheets has been re-captured. However, the search for another inmate, John Mackenzie, continues.
Mackenzie has been missing since Aug. 7 when he did not appear for a head count. Mackenzie was serving a life sentence for second-degree murder.Previously: Police are warning the public about a convicted killer who disappeared from Mission Institute over the weekend.
