Clear and cool forecast for Halloween night in Metro Vancouver

Metro Vancouver trick or treaters may not get drenched this year, but the forecast still looks chilling.
Environment Canada predicts the weather will be clear Tuesday night, but with temperatures expected to drop down to five degrees C.
During the day though, the federal weather agency forecasts plenty of sunshine and highs of 13 degrees C.
