Clark gives B.C. NDP, Greens four days to decide on 'tools down' order at Site C dam
Premier Christy Clark has given the B.C. NDP and the B.C. Greens four days to decide whether or not to issue a “tools down” order to workers and halt the construction of the $9-billion Site C dam.
