Police are investigating a blatant hit-and-run of a Burnaby flagger after a video of the incident was posted online Wednesday evening.
The video, which was shared to the Vancouver Reddit thread this week, was filmed by a witness sitting nearby inside a vehicle. In the 0:44 second video, a steady stream of single-lane traffic is shown driving westbound on Tenth Avenue, just half a block west of Kingsway.
