Canucks activate Roussel, designate Biega for assignment

Alex Biega is coming off the Canucks’ active roster to make room for Antoine Roussel.
Because Roussel was on Injured Reserve, under the terms of the collective barganing agreement between the players and the league, the Canucks will be allowed to dress Roussel tonight but not put Biega on waivers first thing Sunday morning.
If Biega clears waivers, he’ll likely be re-assigned to Utica.
Roussel is expected to skate on a line with Bo Horvat and Brock Boeser
