B.C. Wildfires 2018: Government ends provincial state of emergency

The B.C. government has ended the provincial state of emergency declared in August because of the dire wildfire situation.
In a statement Friday, Emergency Management B.C. said the decision to cancel the order is thanks to cooler weather and progress in containing the hundreds of wildfires around the province.
