B.C. to make adult basic education and ESL free again

VICTORIA — Adult basic education and english as a second language courses will once again be free in B.C., Premier John Horgan announced Tuesday.
Horgan said his new NDP government will follow through on an election campaign promise to remove fees on the ESL and adult learning classes.
